The purpose built Birth Retreat at the Birth House is a beautiful, welcoming and private space in which to give birth and meet your baby for the first time.
The room has a queen sized bed, kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, and a ‘Birth Pool in a Box’ birth pool.
Hire of the room is for labour and birth and a postnatal stay of up to 24 hours.
The room hire fee of $600 includes a new birth pool liner and the cleaning and linen service.
The Birth Retreat is available for women who have contracted a Private Midwife accredited to attend births at The Birth House, or for women who have a hospital booking and want somewhere close by the hospital to spend their early labour.
